What Do You Call a Vegetarian Who Eats Fish?
I’m a vegetarian. I do not eat the flesh of animals. But there are many different dietary levels of people who choose to exclude any or all meat. There’s more than just vegan and vegetarian, and now you no longer have to say “Well, I’m almost a vegetarian, except I eat…”
Fruitarian - eats plant matter that can be gathered without harming the plant; diet of only fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
Macrobiotic diet - a lifestyle focusing on thoroughly chewing your food; mostly whole grains and beans; some are vegetarians, some consume fish; avoid processed food, coffee, sugar, etc.
Raw food / raw vegan - consume uncooked, unprocessed, fresh, organic food; food is not heated above a certain temperature; may be all or just a percentage of the whole diet
Freeganism - avoid consumerism and capitalism even for food; acquire needs through foraging, gardening; some might consume animal products that would otherwise go to waste, but most are vegan

Pescetarian - only animals consumed are seafood
Pollotarian - eats only animals that are fowl
Pesce-pollotarian - follows an organic lifestyle but eats fish and fowl
Flexitarian - diet consisting of primarily vegetarian food with occasional exceptions; a mostly vegetarian
So next time somebody says to the true vegetarian, “You don’t even eat fish?!” You can say, “If I did, I’d be a pescetarian.”

Sorry but real Vegetarians do not Eats Fish!
What Do You Call a Vegetarian Who Eats Fish?
You may call them Pescetarian but not vegetarian. When a certain type of food consumption (pattern) dominated than this characterized the name. Pescetarian should have been fish eaters. Divisions are only desirable within one and the same kind of food, such as fruit or leafy vegetables (both come from plants). Fish is another food category. We are omnivors. When you maintain the name pescetarian within the vegetarian consumption (pattern) there would also be a place for carnitarian (meat eater) and so vegetarianism loses its identity.
