Operation Stop Wheezing Begins
It just so happens that after starting a health kick during the day yesterday, I came home to find that my apartment complex is running a The Biggest Loser-style competition. Last night they hosted a weigh-in, complete with body fat calculation.

I went. I now know percentage about my body that I thought I never wanted to know.
Height: 5′ 4 3/4″
Weight: 135.4 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 25.7
Age: 25 … okay, so I should have already known this one, but I am one of those people that says the wrong age or has to mentally calculate it.
I also learned that I am in the middle range of normalcy for my body. Recommended body fat percentage (BF%) for a 20- to 39-year-old female is between 21 and 33.
To go along with my new knowledge, I had an incredibly delicious salad for lunch, and took a very exuberant (we’re talking jumping, marching, dancing…) walk during my break from work. Last night I even sat on my big blue yoga ball while knitting and watching Project Runway.
Operation stop wheezing has begun!
Wait … did I say Project Runway was on last night? That means that another Project Blog vote is live and that you can go vote for me and win a subscription to ESPN magazine.
